Feeling nervous about being filmed is understandable. Having a camera pointed at you can bring pressure to get everything right. You don't need to arrive feeling confident — creating a comfortable space to practise is part of our job.
Before working in video, I was a singer. I've spent time on both sides of the camera and know what that pressure feels like. That's why encouragement is at the heart of how I work: I want you to leave feeling better about your abilities, not just pleased with the finished film.
Different people need different support. We might work on breathing, pace and vocal delivery, talk through how to explain an idea, or use a relaxed interview to draw out your message. There's time to pause, try again and find an approach that feels like you.
Camera-confidence coaching is included in our video shoots. If you'd like to practise beforehand, or feel more comfortable making your own videos, we also offer dedicated workshops for individuals and teams. Based in Leicester, we help you build confidence at your own pace.
