• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and project details when you use our contact form, email or call us.
• Production material: video footage, photographs, audio recordings and release or consent forms created during shoots, coaching sessions and workshops.
• Website usage: technical information such as device type, browser, IP address and pages visited, collected through essential site operation and analytics tools.

• To deliver our services — planning, filming, photographing, editing and delivering your project (necessary for our contract with you).
• To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes, and to keep records of our work together (our legitimate interests).
• To send occasional updates or newsletters — only where you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
• To show our work — featuring projects in our portfolio or social media where you have given permission or it has been agreed with the client.
• To improve our website by understanding how visitors use it.

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
